The moral right thing is akin to religion. I'm not going to argue religion or anything like it with you on this thread, it probably doesn't belong on this thread. The problem is that you are starting with the premise that it IS/WAS moral, and that trumps every legal and prudential argument anyone else has. Then you simply refer ad nauseum to what Saddam did, and the conversation goes nowhere.

IMO when you post something like "have you not been paying attention to the torture...blah blah blah"- you violate the above rule. JMO
