"So IMO it isn't really accurate to equate homosexuals so utterly with anal sex.

I don't and I was careful to qualify the Yuck (in my case) factor as being equivalent to sodomy. I feel the same about heterosexuals who engage in sodomy. I suspect that most of those are actually bisexual but I haven't looked at any data.

I am guessing that the "norm" is pretty close to what I have described but ... just a guess.

That's not really true about lesbians- they have "tools" for that. But I doubt they go much in for anal sex, because of anatomical differences. I don't know if you know this, but there is a spot in the anal area of males that can cause immediate, or almost immediate ejaculation. I read somewhere that prostitutes know and utilize that information.

Here is the info, but because the material is adult the link is:
isayagia.com

and the information is under "The Prostate Gland and Anus"

What concerns me, though, regarding the yuck factor re
homosexuals is that heterosexual couples also engage in anal sex and no one
makes an issue of that

Some do, presumably. But just because people don't make an issue out of it doesn't mean that they aren't equally repulsed by it. (Though come to think of it, maybe it IS less replusive to men because they aren't having to imagine themselves being the recipients of it. Are women repulsed by the thought of it??

But perhaps no one makes an issue out of it because the couples themselves don't make an issue out of it? They don't publicly go to bathouses looking to do that with a bunch of other people. They don't push for social approval of their activities, they don't hold Hetero Anal Sex Pride parades, they don't flaunt their deeds. If they did, if they pushed our faces in it, I suspect you would see a lot more repulsion than you do. Just a guess, but I suspect an accurate one.
