If the WMDs had really been sitting in piles as they said, would there have been a pattern of deception?

How about the non-existant Saddam/Al Qaeda connection?

How about the non-existant Niger uranium buy?

How about the non-existant Iraqi nuclear program?

The fact is, the Bush Administration took intelligence that was, at best, ambiguous and repeatedly proclaimed it as absolute and certain. They slanted the truth to get their desired end. Whether or not the end proves to be worthwhile is beside the point.

We were mislead. Now, what do we do about it?
