Dean is clear on what he believes, and pulls no punches.
I'm personally in agreement with

(a)candor, which is absent across the political field, usually due to a major difference between what a politician/bureaucrat believes and what he says, i.e., he's lying most of the time, and can't be candid because of the difficulty in keeping all the lies straight.

And (b) I'm in agreement with the form and content of most of what he says.

I disagree with some things, and see him as not a "charismatic" speaker in the JFK mold, but as something equally scarce these days: a public servant.

If people support him I have to assume there is something on balance they like. That's the situation in my case, anyway.

There may be nitwits who support Dean, just as there are certainly nitwits who support Bush.

What's the point of your question?
