On the other side of that - what's to prevent a 100% white person from claiming they have ethnic blood in order to fit whatever profile from which they're presently excluded? i.e. - trying to gain entrance to a college that gives preference to mixed blood types. How is it to be proved one way or the other? "My great-great-great grandmother on my father's side was a quadroon," would be all they have to say. Are they going to start conducting blood tests?
