<< Frankly, I could care less how they rate MRV. The way they manage the company is pretty much gonna be independent of what any analyst says. Far as I'm concerned, they can all dry up and blow away. Who cares if there is any coverage at all.>> I kind of agree with you there BP. I believe Shaul and most analysts to be reactive rather than pro active. If MRV does well CIBC will eventually upgrade the stock. Sure the stock price may get a bounce subsequently as a result of the upgrade publicity but the majority of the increase will most likely occur while CIBC still has it's "sell" rating in place. duff
