I know you probably can't comment, but maybe Tippet will chime in. I just got an offer from Norlisk to buy my SWC shares for $7.50 a share. The catch being that the will only buy 5% of the outstanding shares. If too many people want to sell to them then only a fraction of the shares you offer to them will actually sell. Since they already own 51%. That means they will buy ~10% of the remaining 49%. So worst case scenario if everybody offer there shares up for sale only 10% of your share would get sold for $7.50. So it seems like you could buy up as many SWC shares as possible for around $5.50 and then offer them Norslick for $7.50. And hope that the shares that don't sell for $7.50 don't decrease more than the profit you made on the others.

Of course this may all be priced into the stock already and SWC will just drop after the sale causing you to break even or worse.
