Interesting, the Bonds have erased yesterday's gains. Yesterday I was thinking along the lines that the bond selloff would ease, letting the GSE's and derivative crowd off the hook. Should be interesting to watch:

Edit: Candlestick chartists would call this formation on the yield chart an "engulfing white candle" supposed to be very bullish.
