As far as Israel's governments since 1967 one can not say that they are anything other than neocons since there is no real sign that any of these governments are or were willing to return to the 1967 borders as per resolution 242.

There has been a lot of obfuscation but no progress. Now the fence is being put up to not only keep the Palestinians out but also to annex more land. Where Labour wanted to put the fence is an interesting but not a particularly relevant point since it Sharon's government which is putting it up.
