Sure - if its' coupled with taste and intelligence. On its own, "humor" can be a dangerously stupid thing.

All in the eye of the beholder. Just a comment - lots of folks in the US making fun of other countries don't realize how much they have humiliated themselves in the eyes of the world.

So joke on, dude. The folks you insult couldn't care less, and it's your reputation that ends up on the playground.

Ask Solon about Freud's book on humor and jokes, learn to tell jokes which doesn't make yourself look really stupid and know-nothing. (Note, I trust him he have some more knowledge on this issue than on center-based-consensus systems, and how the constitutions are written, but one never knows until after the fact

Additionally, in both cases, one can double, even triple the laughs one gets out of almost any joke told.

This palestinian girl was pissing against the Israeli Freedom and Liberation Fence.

Sharon joined and said "you know, this is against the law".

"No, it is against the fence"
