Do they understand that right now these stocks are trading in excess of 50PE's on average yearly earnings over the last 5 year cycle? Do they care? Or is it yet another round of hang 'em high? When the earnings recovery happens will these stocks then begin to sell off in expectation of the coming cycle lows? Will they be rated strong buys all the way down to the bottom where they will be rated sells?
