Ted, it's funny that, in the same post, you mention Bush's statement on gays as well as the extreme left-bias in universities. It relates well to the article you posted over a year ago. (#reply-17788234) If you've forgotten already, my alma mater went well beyond the "natural" left-bias that you mentioned.

After a year's worth of exposure, I have concluded that our alma mater did not go far enough with Ann Coulter. She should have been banned.

By the way, if it's OK to say that conservatives suffer from "psychological conditions," it's OK to say that gays are sinners. Both are free choices, you know.

What are free choices? My comment about Bush is that he was using religion to explain his position on a particular group/issue. That would be okay if he were a religious leader. However he is a secular leader and as such, needs to be speaking in secular terms. Render unto Ceasar that which is his etc. If I want to hear religious sentiment, I'll got to church.

As for the right and its call on who are sinners. First let me say that at one time the right thought it was a sin for blacks and whites to fornicate and marry. So excuse me if I ignore there latest list of sinners.

Secondly, who gave the damn right the privilege to play God and determine who is good and who is bad? I am so sick of that BS. I have to keep reminding myself that genocide is not acceptable behavior. <g>
