The Dems have stated they are concerned about Pryor's activities that have not been investigated yet, such as the money flows for political campaigns by the group he was treasurer of.


I read the follow up on that charge. The person who made it refused to testify and got a lawyer when the committee came after her. So the charge was dropped. The normal procedure by both sides when going after a nominee is to bring up unsubstantiated charges.

This really boils down to a Conservative Catholic nominee who claims he will Judge based on the law. The Dems don't believe him. The Repubs will use the Catholic issue. Thats Politics!
