There should be more repos coming on the market in a few months.

Why do you think this? We should have seen all the repos by now, don't you think? Or are you predicting another spike down?

Thanks, I feel the same. One of the local market's I'm most familiar with is Austin, Texas. Foreclosures ar way up, prices have flattened out, and I feel a crunch is coming to those living off home equity. I lived there a long time, and can't believe it now though, it's so hot.
