Even though I know it's not likely to happen I do know people are less likely to bomb their relatives. In the middle ages this was a way of making peace between countries.
The princess from one country would be sent over to marry the prince of a rival country.

I know the people are the same on either side. That should make it even easier.

I know you have a girl but just think what a hit a guy like you would be to a North Korean girl! If you married her, had chilren, then bombing her family in North Korea would be less likely and vice versa. Multiply this times thousans and even millions and the wall would just fall.
