Swizzle Stick Collectors Convention? When did the rates get so high in Vegas? I remember $100-150 range. I've also noticed when you're with a group, they charge more. I tried to get a room once during Comdex as an attendee and it was in the $400 range. Then I tried it without saying I was with Comdex and it went way down. I get flyers all the time announcing different specials at different hotels - guess it's when there's not many conventions in town.
