What kills me is that this guy seems to think housing inflation is somehow desirable. I guess it is if you want to sell your inflated CA or NJ house and move to Ft. Wayne. Frankly I'd rather live somewhere where I can save something after I pay the damned mortgage payment and my money buys the kind of house I want to live in.
