It takes a long time to drain available funds for the most fundamental necessity like the home, especially in such an incredibly wealthy place like SV. Funds have been coming from stocks, savings, new borrowings, doubling-up, and may be reaching an inflection point in SV, but in some places have already inflected.

The recent article stockman scott posted re "the economy is broken" is scary
