They were not inept in responding to 9-11. They got all the debris out of town as fast as they could and buried it all so it could not be examined by experts. Some say they saw cutting charges going off in the building but that can never be found out for certain now because the evidence was buried before analysis. It was illegal to prevent a proper investigation. I recently found out they did the exact same thing with all the evidence at Oklahoma City. Check this out. Message 19182297
