Larry Flynt Sued Over Sex Toys in Dishwasher
Wed Aug 6, 8:01 AM ET

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Hustler magazine publisher and would-be California governor Larry Flynt has been sued for sexual harassment by a former employee who claims she found sex toys in the company dishwasher.

Elizabeth Rene Raymond, a former executive assistant to two top officers of Flynt's company, Larry Flynt Publications Inc., sued for sexual harassment and wrongful dismissal from her job on Monday, the same day as Flynt announced he was running in California's October gubernatorial recall election under the slogan "a smut peddler who cares."

Raymond, who was fired from her job a year ago, claims that Flynt fostered a hostile work environment. She said in the lawsuit she had found sex toys in the company dishwasher that were "used on the prostitutes who visited his office." Raymond was dismissed shortly after complaining to her supervisors.

Flynt Publications did not immediately return calls for comment on the lawsuit.

Flynt, 61, told a news conference on Monday he planned to run in the October ballot to unseat California Gov. Gray Davis (news - web sites), but would not spend millions campaigning if private polling showed that his background in pornography and gambling made him unacceptable to voters.

Speaking of crap on TV, has anyone seen the Anna Nicole show?

Ewwwwwwww. What a tramp.

My daughter was watching a profile on Anna Nicole on VH1 last night. That woman has some serious bad karma to deal with in her life. She's walked away from her family in Texas (some of whom appear to be dentally challenged).

She was involved in litigation with the estate of her geezer husband and contended that he wanted her to get something like $475,000,000. The lawyer who represented the guy's son was interviewed and said that his strategy was to just keep her on the stand long enough so the jury could see what she was truly like. He did. They did, and she got a big goose egg when the verdict came in.

Guess that's why she's doing this ridiculous reality show on TV now.
