simply because lots of people live on the 2 industrial coasts, and since the president is elected, he will lose if he doesn't pay attention to these folks Bush's ratings are going down, way down and we are heading for stagflation. The talking heads shows are now admitting Bush is "vulnerable" in 04. He sure is, because there is nothing he can do about offshore jobs which is a trend that is accelerating.
