I consider IT jobs to be low end now. And believe me I take no pleasure in this, I come from enterprise software. Dell's business model was created by IT workers. How can we offshore this talent? But it is happening. I am fed up, fortunately McCain is on the visa issue and those are going to be shut down (the sooner the better) I encourage anyone who is concerned about offshoring to write McCain on this matter.
