Yes OZLU definitely been in play the last few days.

I'm always leery of that one because of the offshore, and I think Canadian, boiler rooms that have been involved, so it would never be more than a quick in and out for me.

They are still on the SIRS current activities list:

JM, First Chartered Capital selling OZLU. Both the Hong Kong Futures and Exchange Commission and the Australian SeC have this Boiler Room on their list. Maybe you are just a little too optimistic on OZLU's chances since these types of stocks usually go to ZERO and are artificially inflated while thieves overseas swindle good people out of their lifes savings.

hksfc.org.hk

The following is a list of unlicensed overseas companies which have come to the attention of the SFC. Most of these companies either represent themselves as having operations in Hong Kong by using the address of a mail forwarding facility or settle their transactions through a bank account in Hong Kong, when in fact they do not have any actual operations in Hong Kong. Alternatively, they may operate from overseas and contact potential investors in Hong Kong whilst not having been licensed in Hong Kong. Some may be boiler room operations; some may merely have failed to comply with licensing requirements.
Investors should exercise extreme caution when dealing with companies that are not licensed in any jurisdiction.
Recently, it has come to the SFC's attention that boiler room activities have become active again. If you wish to find out more about boiler room operations, please refer to the subsection "Boiler Room Operations".

List of known unlicensed overseas callers

Note: This list identifies both active and presently dormant organisations known to ASIC, dating from 2000 to the present. Some organisations may use a name similar to the name of a better known and reputable organisation, or falsely claim to be associated with such an organisation. If you think the company name, or the associated name sounds familiar, check you are actually dealing with a reputable company, not a disreputable one.
