So far most of what I've read is hearsay as reported by Tennent (sp?), and a lot of irrelevant stuff about non related terrorist events in the past. I have run across a few items that might be interesting after I've had a chance to cross check them against other stuff. One thing I noticed is there is NO mention of any of the accused hijackers still being alive, but there was a reference to one of the alive hijackers losing his passport. Another item I noticed is Atta applied for a new passport at a time when his existing passport had not expired. I thought that tied in nicely with a report of one of Atta's instructors mentioning the Atta he met didn't know how to speak a language Atta was known to be fluent in. As close as I can tell, the only Saudi involvement is their keeping their mouths shut about things that would be fantastically embarrassing to the Bush Cartel. I can't remember where I saw it, and I wished I'd saved it, but there was an interesting propaganda article shortly after the release of the Osama home movie, with quotes from various foreign leaders. As I remember the Saudi comment was something along the lines of, "The person in that home movie is a very low sort of criminal.". There were quite a few similar items, but what caught my attention is no one actually said it was Osama in the video. The comments were carefully phrased to avoid authentication, while giving the Bush Cartel grist for the rumor mill.
