Remember, people migrated Neo. And the Earth has had climatic variations- you have to keep that in mind when you think about this. You can't just look at the way things are now. (Well you CAN look at things that way, but it will give you poor results.)

I don't know if general screening is necessary. But certainly depending on your heritage you may want to be more on the alert if you spring from one of the nationalities you mentioned.
