The author, Moshe Adler, is way too kind to Mr. Bremer. What Bremer, Cheney, Halliburton and Bechtel are attempting to perpetrate is nothing short of the theft of Iraq's assets in order to fill their own pockets at the expense of the Iraqi people. There is nothing but lip-service being paid to the Iraqi people, while in the quiet recesses of the secret government's assault on the citizens of the U.S. and Iraq, they roll out devious and malevolent schemes like Executive Order 13,303. earthrights.org Bremer is a liar. Theft is the object of his efforts in Iraq.
