Thomas, you mumbled:<font color=blue>"Republicans sometimes forget that not everybody is a corporate whore:"<font color=black>

You are just jealous because you would never be able to get a good job at a quality corporation. Perhaps you spent too much time playing basketball and not enough time opening books?

If you had studied more you might have had a better understanding of the real world.

Thomas,

From the article: "Bremer is also wrong to assert that subjecting government-owned companies to the forces of the free market is necessarily in the best interest of Iraq's people."

The author, Moshe Adler, is way too kind to Mr. Bremer. What Bremer, Cheney, Halliburton and Bechtel are attempting to perpetrate is nothing short of the theft of Iraq's assets in order to fill their own pockets at the expense of the Iraqi people. There is nothing but lip-service being paid to the Iraqi people, while in the quiet recesses of the secret government's assault on the citizens of the U.S. and Iraq, they roll out devious and malevolent schemes like Executive Order 13,303.

Bremer is a liar. Theft is the object of his efforts in Iraq.

Great link, Thomas M.

I have read that L. Paul Bremer has a past that fits the usual dubious if not criminal MO of a Bush crony appointee. I am having trouble building archives on this bunch. It seems to me that such work is the job of the media, but that's not helping.

He's just another sleaze, isn't he?

Kind Regards,
lb
