If something doesn't work as well as expected it doesn't mean that the planner lied about it. Have you ever made a mistake? Did that mean that you lied because you didn't anticipate the results? But..... OTOH, when you come out with an obvious dishonest accusation that Bush LIED about the projected goals of a tax decrease, that makes you the liar and not Bush, because you KNOW that Bush didn't lie about it. Where is your proof that it was a lie and not just a missed projection? Where is your proof that you are not being dishonest and lying about this issue?
