Hi Broker G,

I think this unfriendly tender introduces too much uncertainty.

It has had a negative impact on Orcl.

Orcl profit picture has improved and vision is much better all to no avail in price.

I think this could well be a very laong process.

If it was called off I think Orcl would pop.

In between I think it will be a long process.

I've been selling puts on dips and letting the time decay work for me.

BWDIK

Bob

"Late Friday, Oracle said it would give PeopleSoft shareholders until Sept. 19 to consider the tender offer, which was due to expire at midnight EDT on Aug. 15. "We are extending our offer for PeopleSoft and we remain fully committed to acquiring PeopleSoft," said Jim Finn, Oracle spokesman."
