I think she's under 20. His decision making was real bad at the very least. Even if he didn't rape her (and I question that) he is guilty of being STUPID! The worst part about this is that the charge sticks regardless of the outcome. You are found guilty or not guilty - not Guilty or innocent. There's a big difference in the publics eye between not guilty and innocent. We had a CLEAR case up her a few years back with a Packer TE. He was innocent of the charges but he never played football again. This was such a clear case that the Doctors who examined the Girl said she was still a virgin! Yet the stigma is with him forever. The only rape that happened in his case was the rape of his career. He was raped by the allegation and he lives with it forever as she walked away. SHE should be in prison for a false allegation and ruining a career
