Smart, and DITTO for me.

I dont know how people on margin sleep at night. Heck, even 100% vested in todays world is scary, as IF things go down, all you can do is lose money or lose profits. But if you have cash, you can take advantage of alot of Opp's the market may present and a big down day/week/month, may not be so depressing, as you have cash to buy on the cheap.
