I don't blame Bush for bad economic decisions, I blame Bush's economic team, and you've got to admit that Snow's background is really weak, right? I mean when they announced a treasury secretary who came from the 70s railroad industry I about fell off my chair. This is the best Bush can come up with? We had Bob Rubin under Clinton.

My guess is that most economists didn't support the dividend tax cut and Snow did, thats why we have him. But I don't know.

I rarely agree with democrats on tax policy but in this case they were right- we should have cut FICA and eliminated the burden of hiring in the US. I still support removing fica but with this deficit I can't see how we can sustain any more tax cuts.
