You still don't get it. I won't vote for Lieberman just because he is Jewish. It has no factor in my vote. I believe a huge majority of American Jews feel the same way.

You are attempting to stereotype and you have not know it's just plain wrong.

Would you vote for a Christian who did not fit your ideal as a good candidate? Seriously, your thinking may have had some credility back in 1960. I know there was a big todo about JFK and religion but I really think we are past that in the US at this point. Gore-Liberman won (or lost depending on your point of view) irrespective of the religion issue.
