I found tips for energy conservation at his "Gray Davis, Governor" site. For Californians, that's preaching to the choir. Years after the fact of the 76-77 drought, you can always tell who's a Californian. Before you use it, they have to run and make certain they've flushed the toilet. "Don't flush if you don't have to" stuck! Gray Davis, Park Ranger, could be his next job. He can show campers how to recycle their camp garbage into mulch, teach people how to build campfires using newspapers celebrating his recall.
