If I had to short something here, it would be housing though. You are from the bay area right? 700K is too much for your average rancher but toss in interest rate increase and the pummelling of tech jobs and what do you have? Not stability in my view. I don't know what will happen to the nasdaq really, there are all these wildcards in the punch. Maybe all these chinese companies decide they want to list on naz. That would change the mkt dynamics for that index right there. The easy short money to me is RE now.
