It will take a long time. And all the time we will be laying off our own cops here (so much for "homeland security"!) and hiring thugs in Iraq and Afghanistan to be their cops. Of course, the locals don't like US puppets and so those thugs get killed.... No, it's not going to take a long time -- it's going to take forever!
