The perky Katie Couric wasted no time in bringing up Arnold's father's Nazi party affiliation this morning. Think back a little. Remember when a California pol uttered the N word in front of a black audience a few months ago? He was seized by some kind of Tourette's thing, it just slipped out. Everybody in the room was appalled, including Bustamante, the guy who said it. Do you think THAT may get brought up in a Today Show interview?

I think that many people are going to see clearly how
repugnant politics has become. If this & other issues sure
to be spewed about the Governator were genuinely true &
genuinely a concern, then they should have haunted Arnold
throughout his movie career.

Didn't Pee Wee get the heave ho from his children's show &
slam the brakes on his film career for slapping his willie
in an adult theater (at least it really happened)? This
stuff has been going on in Hollywood for decades. "Fatty"
Arbuckle was accused of rape and murder in 1921, and it
ruined his career despite the fact that he apparently was
innocent, railroaded by the Hearst newspapers.

Don't the Nat'l enquirer's of the world make untold
millions digging up dirt on Hollywood's celebrities? I
don't recall hearing anything of note on the Governator
over the last 20+ years. And even if they did cover this
stuff, why would Arnold attempt to run if there were any
real issues that would ruin both his budding political
career along with his acting career?

I think that if the left tries to ruin the Governator with
dirty tricks, 1/2 truths & innuendo about his alleged past,
there may more of a backlash toward them than to Arnold.
