Hi Bob,

I suscribe to TCNet.

They use what is called trade envelopes.

It is like a moving average but displays as a trade channel.

You can modify the number of days (like a moving average) as you experiment with the numer of days - you build an envelope that comtains the highs and lows as they swing.I think it is the basic underlying concept of swing trading??

It helps quantify high and low much like stochastics identifies oversold and overbot.

It normally was below the screen but with this major dip - the old envelope creeped into view.It was a buck off at the worst but that was when KVHI was running between 4 1/2 and 6.

In a relative way it was 20-25 cents off. Is any one out there so good they can nail it within a quarter or at these prices a buck??

I'm not that's for sure.A good lesson one must keep ones own criticism in perspective. Before penny bidding was possible I used to think with in a quarter was perfect. Now as we watch price swings increment by the penny it is hard to keep persective.Perhaps it is just me but I try to remind myself of that.

Sector palyed it so well today.Iwas proud to see it unfold.

He gave the shorts a run for the money and made me some too!!

They didn't know what hit em !!!!

Bob
