What's bothering Rove is that money alone is becoming less effective, since the internet and grass-roots efforts are doing an end-run around mindless tv ads and scripted rallies. Both Dean and Gore are making good speeches, and the $200 million can't prevent CSPAN from coverage. At least not yet <g> truthout.org
