Do you have any additional information about the case? Facts, my man, facts. What was charged? What were the circumstances? I'd be happy to reconsider, but I'm still thinking the fact that the dude had it for medicinal purposes doesn't alter the fact that he was guilty of violating some law.

Now, should they have charged him? Maybe not. That's where true nullification happens. Prosecutors have immense latitude and discretion to mess with people's lives.
