Speaking of coca. Why did we need to build a prison camp for terrorists in the cocaine capital of the world? Wouldn't it have been more handy to keep them on a military base inside the US?

Of course if they were inside the US, there wouldn't be any reason for the boys in the CIA to fly back and forth to Cuba on a regular basis.
