There is an excellent article in this months Foreign Affairs on the position of the Shi'ite majority in Iraq, it paints a fairly poor picture of the current Iraq reconstruction effort in Iraq, even going as far as actual chastisement of the noble, forbearing, intelligent, proud Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces, the current serving President of the United States of America, George W. Bush II. They did not make the mistake of confusing the man and the Administration, thank Bob.
Listen to this left wing vitriol

<<The Bush administration has thus far made little effort to reconcile the contradiction between its grand vision of a new Iraq and the limited resources it has actually committed to rebuilding the country.>>
