Pragmatic realists do not talk about world domination. American leadership in the world, sure. A world where most states adopt american/western principles--democracy, civil rights, etc. yes. But not world domination which smacks of napolean, hitler and stalin and not of Washington, Jefferson and Lincoln. mike
