P&D - they are all P&D's - Its all about marketing. Eevry stock is marketed in different ways.

OTCBB and many others give out freee shares. In corp world when I was in finance and IR related roles we just took the analysts out to the ripper joints and then they might change reco's for us.

If a stock moves I play it - most of them are scams - I like to know the details but even if its a complete crock and I know it Ill still play the momo.
