Good idea. With this bunch, it may be the only time everyone is together in one place. How about Saturday evening so people who don't take Friday off can make it?

That sounds like a great idea..if your hubby's up for it. we could help buy the stuff when we get there. I'm planning on arriving on Thurs. and we could take care of it then. Everyone coming could throw in $25 or something..agreed upon..

We should have the hospitality suite open Friday night for a meet and great type thing and the dinner Saturday..What do you think?
