That sounds like you expect to be cleared of all charges (which I hope occurs IF you are indeed innocent). However, your recent postings seem to indicate that negotiations with the prosecution are not going well, and you seem resigned to the fact that it's not whether or not prison time is going to happen, but rather how much. Obviously, you should not respond with anything that might compromise your defense. I'm somewhat surprised that you are posting on the subject at all, but I guess you know what your limitations are.

You got arrested, you lost your prestige and I doubt you're having that much fun any more. At a minimum you made a lot of enemies that you wouldn't have had otherwise. You weren't targeted because you're an Arab. You were targeted because of your arrogance, your tactics and your greed. I can understand completely why you would want to think otherwise. It's easier to blame racism than your own actions. Good luck to you on your up-coming trial.
