I know of no other non Moslem Arab dignitaries, but on the other hand, I know of no Moslem American dignitaries. In either case, that may be because of a lack of advertising. Compare that to Israel where it's illegal for Jews to marry non Jews, and where Christian missionaries are hardly welcome.
