Bush has since taken responsibility for all he says (SOTU flap) but takes no accountability for the outcome of his lying. That article you posted about offshoring of jobs is a reality we'll have to face unless someone can come up with a way to undo the havoc Bush has wreaked. In the 19th Century, France gave us the Statue of Liberty noting that America would be the great power of the 20th Century. In the 90's France predicted our reign would end in the 21st. C'est vrai.
