Nope, not unless the deficit exceeds your "projected" number by a wide margin. And it wouldn't have been necessary had Clinton left office with the economy spiraling into a severe recession after inflating one of the worst bubble markets in history. Oh & the multi- trillion dollar hit to the economy from 9/11. That had nothing to do with the need to pump liquidity into a severely damaged global economy. But hey, cling to your delusions & irrational hatred of the Bush Administration. It brings out your good side <g>.
