Saddam is gone because PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH said make it so. The internet does not exist because al gore did anything. As to housing, one does not invent a house. One could invent a program or process to get affordable housing to those who need it. The internet is like a process in the example you use. It is not a house. The removal of saddam is because of the process created by PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH. Al gore would not know a process to create if he tripped over it.
