CC posted the letter with the idea that that was conveyed and it is not conveyed in the letter. CC is not under the pressure of the soldier.

If CC spoke to the soldier he would be more miserable. If I spoke to the soldier he would be a lot happier and smiling at how I had shown another arm chair idiot identification event cue.

That's the difference between required leadership and you kind of whiniship.
